You can share a signature or word written in your notebook as a PNG file with a transparent background.

1. Write a Signature or Word in Your Notebook

• Write your signature or a specific word on the notebook, then tap the menu button at the top right.

2. Share It

From the menu at the bottom, select Share Page.

Choose PNG as the file format.

Then select Remove Notebook Background → Share with Transparent Background to send it to the app of your choice.

3. Tips for Using Electronic Signatures

The saved PNG signature image can be used in approval/signature fields and other digital documents.
